To apply for the competition, you must be a member of the Japan Flute Association and participate in the full convention program.
By applying for the competition, you are automatically registered for the "full program participation" of the convention, so there is no need to apply for general participation.

This is the registration form for either the "Ensemble Award Division and Piccolo Division" or the "Ensemble Award Division and Alto Flute Division".
The Ensemble Award Division is limited to first 30 groups. The Piccolo Division is limited to first 80 applicants. The Alto Flute Division is limited to first 50 applicants.Definition of first-come-first-served:
For the "Ensemble Award Division", it is determined by the date when at least one member of the group has completed the payment after all members of the group have submitted their applications.
For the "Piccolo Division" and "Alto Flute Division", it is determined by the date when the payment is completed after the application has been received.
The application deadline is June 7, 2025. Please be aware of this.
Notes when applying for the "Ensemble Award Division":
Each member participating must apply individually, and payments must also be made individually.
Group payments are not possible.
Official communications will be sent to the representative, so it is necessary to clearly designate a group representative.
Information about other members of the group is also required. In particular, the representative must accurately provide information about other members.
Information about the pieces to be performed will be officially accepted as provided by the representative. (Other members do not need to provide this information)
The application is not complete with just this submission.
The Japan Flute Association will reply with an application confirmation email containing the required payment amount and credit card payment information.
For applicants residing outside Japan, payment can only be made by credit card. Please note that other payment methods, such as bank transfers, are not accepted.
Registration is confirmed in the order of payment verification. Please complete your payment procedure as soon as possible.
Your application will be complete once we have sent you a payment confirmation email after verifying your payment.
This form allows you to register for the Ensemble Award Division together with either the Piccolo Division or the Alto Flute Division.
※For combined participation in the Ensemble Award Division and either the Piccolo Division or the Alto Flute Division, the total fee will be ¥6,000 (Ensemble Award Division) plus ¥10,000 (additional division), for a total of ¥16,000.
