Precautions
- Please note that application deadlines vary by divisions.
- You have to be a member of the Japan Flutists Association and to participate in the convention for the whole period to apply for the competition.
- If you are not a member of the Japan Flute Association, applying for this competition will also include the procedure for joining the Japan Flute Association.
- Your application for the competition also serves as your application for the convention for the whole period, so you do not need to send the application for the convention separately
- Please also indicate whether or not you will attend the farewell party. Please note that no refunds will be made in case of no-show.
- The application fee for the competition is the same regardless of age, but the participation fee for the convention is the member’s price, and elementary and junior high school students pay an additional half-price.
- If a participant in the competition is an elementary or junior high school student or younger and needs to be accompanied by a parent or guardian, the parent or guardian may accompany the participant within the competition venue as long as the parent or guardian does not participate in the competition.
- For those who are participating in the competition, please note that we do not accept any cancellations or refunds for participants’ convenience after payment of the entry fee.
- The application fee for participation from overseas must be paid by credit card.
